Lhukogho Daphine -“Why is Liberty Development Foundation not operating a child centre to help children in need” Lhukogho asked?
She is unique as when she visited the Liberty Training and Education Centre she advocated for a Liberty Child Development Centre. Although she is now attending a private school in primary one, she believes there should be another school that will cater for the needs of children from disadvantaged families and orphans who require special care and attention. The board of directors is struggling with this challenge; your support might be an answer.
